A simple and flavorful crockpot recipe for crack chicken served over rice.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Top with cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix.
- Pour chicken broth over the top.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until melted and combined.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
- You can add a splash of milk if the mixture is too thick.
- Garnish with extra bacon or green onions if desired.
