Description

A refreshing and flavorful pasta salad perfect for any occasion, tossed in a zesty Italian dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced (any color)
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and bell pepper.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta mixture.
  4. Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
