Ingredients

- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine corn kernels, diced avocado, chopped red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño (if using).
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients.
- Gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
- For a spicier salad, leave some seeds in the jalapeño.
