Ingredients

Instructions
- In a saucepan, whisk together sugar and cornstarch.
- Gradually whisk in the whole milk and evaporated milk until smooth.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and bubbles.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes or a larger bowl.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Serve cold.
