- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel, undrained
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 cups water
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, Rotel, tomato sauce, and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add spaghetti to the skillet. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until spaghetti is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce.
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for ground beef.
