Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed shortbread cookies, sliced strawberries, marshmallows, and pecans.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the whipped topping, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped topping mixture into the cookie and fruit mixture until everything is well combined.

Notes
- For a sweeter salad, add more sugar to the dressing.
