Instructions

- Dip each chicken thigh first into the flour mixture, coating evenly.
- Then, dip the floured chicken into the egg and milk mixture.
- Finally, dredge the chicken back into the flour mixture, ensuring a good coating.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place chicken pieces in the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the skillet.
- Fry chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and drain on paper towels.

- Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- For crispier chicken, double-fry: fry once until lightly golden, remove, let rest for a few minutes, then fry again until deep golden brown.
