- 1 (1-pound) sirloin steak
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (1-pound) flat iron steak
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- For the Ribeye: Rub steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- For the New York Strip: Whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and onion powder. Marinate steak for at least 30 minutes. Grill over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- For the Flank Steak: Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, and garlic. Marinate steak for at least 1 hour. Grill over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- For the Sirloin: Whisk together red wine, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Marinate steak for at least 1 hour. Grill over medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- For the Flat Iron: Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Marinate steak for at least 30 minutes. Grill over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
