Instructions

  1. For the Ribeye: Rub steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  2. For the New York Strip: Whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and onion powder. Marinate steak for at least 30 minutes. Grill over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
