Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add spinach to the skillet in batches, stirring until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
