Ingredients

  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Arrange tomato slices on a platter.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the marinade evenly over the tomatoes.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
