Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, diced avocado, chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Drizzle the lime juice over the ingredients.
  3. Gently toss everything together until well combined.
  4. Season with salt to taste.

Notes

  • For a milder salsa, remove all seeds and membranes from the jalapeño.
