Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 cup spinach (optional)
- 1/2 cup mango chunks
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 cup mixed fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine frozen berries, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add spinach to the blender with the berry mixture and blend again until smooth.
- Combine mango chunks, pineapple chunks, orange juice, and coconut milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Combine frozen peaches, almond milk, and chia seeds in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Combine mixed fruit, water, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Notes
- Adjust liquid for desired consistency.
- Add protein powder for an extra boost.
- Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if needed.
- For a thicker smoothie, use more frozen fruit or add ice.
