Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup mixed fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen berries, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add spinach to the blender with the berry mixture and blend again until smooth.
  3. Combine mango chunks, pineapple chunks, orange juice, and coconut milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Combine frozen peaches, almond milk, and chia seeds in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  5. Combine mixed fruit, water, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  • Adjust liquid for desired consistency.
  • Add protein powder for an extra boost.
