Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz raclette cheese, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Unroll the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into 8 equal rectangles.
  4. Place a slice of raclette cheese and a sprinkle of crumbled bacon on one half of each rectangle.
  5. Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling to create a crescent shape.
  6. Press the edges with a fork to seal.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg wash.
  8. Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
