Description

Easy and delicious pepperoni mozzarella pizza rolls, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of tomato sauce evenly over each triangle, leaving a small border.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and top with mini pepperoni on each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle tightly, starting from the wide end.
  6. Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and Italian seasoning. Brush the tops of the rolls with the butter mixture.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the butter mixture.
  • These can be made ahead of time and reheated.
