Easy and delicious pepperoni mozzarella pizza rolls, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.

- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of tomato sauce evenly over each triangle, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and top with mini pepperoni on each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle tightly, starting from the wide end.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and Italian seasoning. Brush the tops of the rolls with the butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder to the butter mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated.
