Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the seasoned chicken evenly in a single layer in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven. Spread the sour cream evenly over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the sour cream.
- Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables like broccoli florets or sliced bell peppers to the pan. Add them with the chicken.
- For a creamier sauce, you can stir a tablespoon of milk into the sour cream.
