Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. If using fresh blueberries, gently mash them with a fork or potato masher. If using frozen, let them thaw slightly and mash.
  2. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream until just combined.
  4. Fold in the mashed blueberries.
  5. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  6. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.

Notes
