Description

These no-bake keto chocolate mint bars are a quick and easy way to satisfy your sweet cravings while staying in ketosis. They have a rich chocolate flavor with a refreshing hint of mint.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol or your preferred keto sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt.
  3. Pour in the melted coconut oil and peppermint extract. Stir until well combined and a dough forms.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
