Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 lbs flank steak
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.

- Remove the steak from the marinade, discarding the excess marinade.
- Grill the flank steak for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprig of fresh rosemary to the marinade.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
