Instructions
- In a blender, combine mango puree, sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mango mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and fresh mango slices if desired.
