Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the meatballs for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
- These meatballs can be made ahead and reheated.
