  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Unfold the puff pastry sheet onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Score a 1-inch border around the edges of the pastry with a knife, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic. Brush this mixture evenly over the pastry, staying within the scored border.
