Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 pound imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded nori
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Pour this mixture over the cooked sushi rice and gently mix.
  3. In another bowl, combine the chopped imitation crab meat, mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce. Mix well.
  4. Spread the seasoned sushi rice evenly in a small baking dish.
  5. Top the rice with the crab mixture, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded nori and sesame seeds over the crab mixture.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
