A simple and delicious sushi bake recipe that is easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound imitation crab meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded nori
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Pour this mixture over the cooked sushi rice and gently mix.
- In another bowl, combine the chopped imitation crab meat, mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce. Mix well.
- Spread the seasoned sushi rice evenly in a small baking dish.
- Top the rice with the crab mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded nori and sesame seeds over the crab mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add other toppings like avocado or masago if desired.
- Adjust the sriracha to your spice preference.
