  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the cold butter cubes to the dry ingredients. Use your fingers or a pastry blender to cut the butter into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
