- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the honey mustard mixture evenly over the salmon.
- Season with salt and pepper.
