Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and the glaze is smooth.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Score the ham in a diamond pattern.
  6. Brush the glaze generously over the ham.
  7. Bake the ham, basting with the glaze every 15-20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
  8. Let the ham rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.

Notes

  • For a spicier glaze, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • You can substitute orange juice for pineapple juice.
