Scale
- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 ball (8 oz) fresh burrata cheese
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens and basil leaves.
- Add the grilled peach slices and the burrata cheese to the bowl.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad.
- Gently toss to combine. Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute nectarines or plums for peaches if they are not in season.
- For a touch of crunch, add toasted almonds or pecans.
- Adjust the sweetness of the vinaigrette by adding more or less honey.
