A simple and delicious tortellini pasta salad with classic Italian flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 (20 ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, and green bell pepper.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian salad dressing. Toss to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a heartier salad, add cooked ham or chicken.
- Adjust the amount of dressing to your preference.
