Description
A simple recipe for a refreshing tropical treat that mimics the popular Dole Whip.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
Instructions
- Combine the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and lime juice in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If you prefer a sweeter treat, add the granulated sugar and blend again.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for a firmer texture.
Notes
- For a firmer consistency, freeze the mixture for at least 1-2 hours.
- You can substitute almond milk or regular milk for coconut milk if preferred.
- Add a drop of yellow food coloring for a more authentic look.
