A simple and flavorful pasta dish featuring chicken sausages and zucchini.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken sausages, sliced
- 2 medium zucchini, spiralized or julienned
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the chicken sausages in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove sausages and set aside.
- Add olive oil to the same skillet. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the spiralized zucchini to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Return the cooked chicken sausages to the skillet.
- Toss everything together. Stir in the Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute other vegetables like bell peppers or cherry tomatoes.
- For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream or a tablespoon of butter.
