A creamy and sweet grape salad inspired by Chicken Salad Chick.
Ingredients

- 2 cups seedless red grapes, halved
- 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 2 tablespoons shredded sweetened coconut (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the halved red and green grapes.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the mayonnaise, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Gently fold the grapes into the cream cheese mixture.
- If using, stir in the chopped pecans or walnuts and shredded coconut.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a pinch of salt to the cream cheese mixture.
- This salad is best served chilled.
- You can adjust the amount of sugar to your preference.
