Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pita bread
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Cucumber
  • Yogurt sauce

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken thighs thinly.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.
  5. Warm pita bread.
  6. Assemble kebabs by filling pita bread with cooked chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, and yogurt sauce.
