A simple recipe for homemade chicken doner kebab.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Pita bread
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Onion
- Cucumber
- Yogurt sauce
Instructions
- Slice chicken thighs thinly.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.
- Warm pita bread.
- Assemble kebabs by filling pita bread with cooked chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, and yogurt sauce.
