  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1.5 lbs potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: Pita bread, lettuce, tomato, onion, garlic sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, 2 tbsp olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.
  3. Spread the seasoned chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss the potato cubes with 2 tbsp olive oil, rosemary, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
  5. Arrange the seasoned potatoes around the chicken on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
  8. Serve the chicken doner and potatoes with your favorite accompaniments like pita bread, lettuce, tomato, onion, and garlic sauce.
