- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional toppings: sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Press the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form a pizza crust shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake the chicken crust for 15-20 minutes, or until it is cooked through and lightly browned.
- Remove the crust from the oven. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the chicken crust, leaving a small border for the edge.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add your desired toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the toppings are cooked.
- Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a crispier crust, you can bake the chicken crust for an additional 5 minutes before adding toppings.
- Ensure your ground chicken is fully cooked before adding sauce and cheese.
