Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional toppings: sliced bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
  3. Press the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form a pizza crust shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake the chicken crust for 15-20 minutes, or until it is cooked through and lightly browned.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the chicken crust, leaving a small border for the edge.
