A simple and delicious recipe for chicken avocado ranch burritos.
Ingredients

- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional: chopped cilantro, salsa, hot sauce
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch seasoning mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, and milk. Stir until well combined.
- Stir in the diced avocados and shredded cheese.
- Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
- Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas, then roll them up tightly from the bottom.
- Serve immediately, with optional toppings if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier burrito, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture.
- If you don’t have ranch seasoning mix, you can use 2 tablespoons of dried dill, 1 tablespoon of dried parsley, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
