Description

A simple and delicious recipe for chicken avocado ranch burritos.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: chopped cilantro, salsa, hot sauce

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch seasoning mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, and milk. Stir until well combined.
  2. Stir in the diced avocados and shredded cheese.
  3. Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortillas, then roll them up tightly from the bottom.
  6. Serve immediately, with optional toppings if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier burrito, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture.
  • If you don’t have ranch seasoning mix, you can use 2 tablespoons of dried dill, 1 tablespoon of dried parsley, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
