- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the oven. Drizzle hot honey over the chicken.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top.
- Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the feta is slightly softened.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

- Adjust the amount of hot honey to your spice preference.
- You can use chicken thighs instead of breasts.
- Ensure chicken is cooked to a safe internal temperature.
