Description
Tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze.
Ingredients

- 3 racks pork ribs (about 6 lbs total)
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if present.
- Season ribs generously with salt and pepper.
- Place ribs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until tender.
- While ribs are baking, prepare the glaze.
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove ribs from the oven.
- Brush the honey garlic glaze generously over the ribs.
- Return ribs to the oven for another 15-20 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized.
- Let the ribs rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can grill the ribs for a few minutes after glazing to get a nice char.
- Adjust the red pepper flakes to your spice preference.
- Ensure the glaze does not burn in the oven.
