Ingredients

- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, celery, red onion, green bell pepper, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the drained macaroni to the bowl and mix well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier salad, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- You can add other chopped vegetables like carrots or peas.
- This salad is best served cold.
