- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
