This recipe features succulent lobster tails bathed in a rich garlic herb butter, perfect for a special occasion or a luxurious weeknight meal.

- 2 lobster tails (about 6–8 oz each)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting down the top shell with kitchen shears, stopping at the tail fin. Gently spread the shell open.
- Carefully pull the meat up and out of the shell, resting it on top of the shell.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, and lemon zest.
- Season the lobster meat with salt and pepper.
- Brush the garlic herb butter generously over the lobster meat.
- Place the butterflied lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve immediately.

- You can substitute other fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
- Ensure the lobster is not overcooked to maintain tenderness.
