- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced (any color)
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and bell pepper.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the pasta and vegetable mixture.
- Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

- You can add cooked chicken, ham, or cheese for a heartier salad.
