Ingredients

- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
- Serve hot with your favorite dippers.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
- You can prepare the dip ahead of time and refrigerate. Bake just before serving.
