Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dippers.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat mayonnaise and sour cream.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
