Ingredients

  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, miniature marshmallows, and shredded coconut in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the sour cream into the fruit and marshmallow mixture.
  4. Stir in the chopped pecans.
  5. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
