Ingredients

- 4 oz prosciutto
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups mixed greens

- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange mixed greens on a plate.
- Tear the burrata cheese and place it over the greens.
- Drape the prosciutto slices around the burrata.
- Scatter the sliced strawberries on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Season with salt and pepper.
