A refreshing salad featuring grilled nectarines, creamy burrata, and savory prosciutto.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe nectarines, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ball (8 ounces) fresh burrata cheese
- 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the nectarines with olive oil. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, until slightly softened and grill marks appear. Let cool slightly, then slice each half into wedges.
- Arrange the grilled nectarine wedges on a serving platter.
- Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and scatter them over the nectarines.
- Drape the prosciutto slices over the cheese and nectarines.
- Tuck the fresh basil leaves around the salad.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
Notes
- You can substitute peaches for nectarines if desired.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
