A simple and delicious pasta dish with chicken and broccoli in a creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces pasta, cooked according to package directions
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt. Cook until sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet. Add cooked pasta and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a richer sauce, add a tablespoon of butter with the heavy cream.
- You can substitute other vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
