A simple and flavorful recipe for baked salmon with asparagus cooked in foil packets.
Ingredients

- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Tear off two large pieces of aluminum foil.
- Place half of the asparagus on each piece of foil.
- Top the asparagus with a salmon fillet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic and lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Fold the foil to create sealed packets.
- Place the packets on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Carefully open the packets and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add other herbs like dill or parsley for extra flavor.
- Ensure the foil packets are well-sealed to keep the moisture in.
