A simple and hearty crockpot recipe for tender beef tips served over noodles.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef sirloin tip, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 12 ounces egg noodles
Instructions
- Place beef tips in a slow cooker.
- Add onion and garlic.
- In a bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.
- Pour soup mixture over beef.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
- Stir parsley into the beef mixture.
- Serve beef tips over cooked noodles.
Notes
- You can substitute other cuts of beef like chuck roast.
- For a richer flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
