Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gradually beat the gelatin mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour into a serving dish or individual molds.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Notes

  • For a firmer texture, use 1/4 cup less cold water.
  • You can use any flavor of fruit gelatin you prefer.
