- 1 package (3 ounces) fruit-flavored gelatin (any flavor)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually beat the gelatin mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Pour into a serving dish or individual molds.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Notes
- For a firmer texture, use 1/4 cup less cold water.
- You can use any flavor of fruit gelatin you prefer.
- Garnish with fresh fruit or whipped cream before serving.
