- 1/4 cup milk

- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: cheese, cooked bacon, spinach
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Grease a 6-cup muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- If using, stir in your desired fillings.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the centers are set.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, use half-and-half instead of milk.
- Do not overbake, or the egg bites will be dry.
- These can be made ahead and reheated.
