Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the sliced zucchini in a single layer in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the zucchini.
